document and prototypes to make sure we're on the right track from the
start.
- Next, I show you how and when I think it will be
done. It costs a hundred times more to fix a mistake after the
program is written. I make sure you know what I'm doing.
- While developing, I focus on the core features that will
generate the best initial return on your investment and get them to
you as soon as possible. We want the fundamentals to work right.
- Finally, I polish the product, adding the extra features
that your business needs.
